Our Land Mapping Journey
A comprehensive 7-step process designed to ensure accurate, transparent, and legally recognized land documentation.
Community Engagement
We start by engaging community stakeholders, including Area Land Committees, LC1 leaders, and landowners to build awareness and trust.
Application & Data Collection
Landowners submit applications while our field mapping assistants collect spatial and ownership data using RTK GPS devices.
Boundary Verification
Boundary meetings with neighbors and local authorities to verify land limits and resolve any disputes transparently.
Data Processing
Our technical team processes, cleans, and maps data, then shares datasets with the Ministry of Lands for validation.
Authority Validation
Verified data is submitted to District Land Board and relevant authorities for review and integration.
Documentation Issuance
Official land documents are printed and distributed to landowners, providing secure recognition of their rights.
